Transe Express - Festival of Light
French theatre company Transe Express
performed Lâcher de Violons (Freeing the Violins)
in St George's Square, Huddersfield tonight.
It was an awesome spectacle of drummers, trapeze artists
and musicians suspended high above the gathering crowds.

A Bimble Through Camden...
I was down in London not so long ago. I went to photograph graffiti art in the Shoreditch and Brick Lane areas. There were some amazing images on the walls in and around these parts of London. Some fine urban creativity indeed. While I was down there I also had a quick hike through Camden. I love the market there. A great place to get some off the wall music or off the wall anything else for that matter! I took these snap shots as I strolled down Camden High Street.

Do You Know That Guy Fawkes..?
Bonfire Night, stars are bright,
Three little angels dressed in white,
Can you eat a biscuit,
Can you smoke a pipe,
Can you go a courting at ten O'clock at night?
The above rhyme is a childhood memory of mine.
This little ditty used to be sung in school at
this time of year when I was a lad.
It always comes into mind on Bonfire Night.
